Mapping locations to a zone.

Prerequisites

At least one reader added, and the "manage zones" permission.

Open Settings → Zones → New zone
Give the zone a clear name, e.g. "Secure Store".
Add the locations that belong to the zone
Select each location that sits inside this physical boundary.
Attach the readers that watch the boundary
Assign the portal readers positioned at the zone’s entrances and exits.
Set the allowed assets or categories
Choose which assets are permitted in the zone so exits by others can trigger alerts.
Tip
Start with a broad category, then narrow to individual assets once alerts are tuned.
