Getting started
From your first sign-in to your first stock-take. Follow the six steps, then dip into the articles below.
Your setup path
- Sign in Sign in at app.asetavo.com with the email and password your workspace owner set up.
- Set up locations, categories and custodians Build your site → building → floor → room hierarchy and categories with default depreciation.
- Bring in your assets Import your Excel or CSV register with the import wizard, or add assets one by one.
- Tag them Assign QR or barcode tags (NFC on Growth, UHF RFID on Business) and print label sheets.
- Agree roles Decide who needs View, Edit, Audit, Finance and other permissions; your workspace owner sets up users and roles.
- Run your first stock-take Growth and aboveScope a count, scan, reconcile and fix the variances.
