Bring in your existing asset list
How to get an existing spreadsheet of assets into Asetavo — our team imports it for you during onboarding.
There is no self-service import in the app. Instead, our team imports your spreadsheet for you during onboarding, maps your columns, and checks the result with you.
Download the register template
Get the free asset register template (CSV) from the Templates page. It has the columns Asetavo uses, with an example row.
Fill it in (or send what you have)
Copy your data into the template, one row per asset with a unique Asset ID. If your spreadsheet has different columns, send it as it is — we’ll map it.
Email it to support
Send the file to support@asetavo.com with your workspace name. Tell us about any custom fields you want created.
Review the import
We’ll confirm when it’s loaded. Spot-check a few assets in Register → Assets, and export the register to CSV to compare counts.
