Export the register and reports to CSV
Download the asset register or a stock-take variance report as a CSV file.

Prerequisites
The “view” permission.
Open Finance & Records → Reports
Choose a report: register, by location, by custodian, depreciation or variance.
Select Export CSV
The register export downloads every asset; for the variance report, pick the stock-take session first.
Why some cells start with an apostrophe
Cells that begin with =, +, − or @ are prefixed with an apostrophe so spreadsheet programs don’t treat them as formulas. This protects anyone who opens the file.
