1. Acceptance

By using Asetavo, you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you are binding that organization too.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices may change with notice. Fees are described on the Pricing page and in your order.

4. Acceptable use

See our Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited uses and enforcement.

5. Customer data & ownership

You own the data you put into Asetavo. We process it only to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy and DPA.

6. Intellectual property

Asetavo and its underlying technology remain our property. We grant you a license to use the service.

7. Tags/hardware purchases

Hardware and tag purchases through the Tags Store are subject to separate shipping and returns terms.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those legally required.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited as permitted by law and as detailed in the full agreement.

10. Term & termination

Either party may terminate as described here; you can export your data before or after termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania, with separate provisions for international customers where required.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
