Basic reports

Import your current IT spreadsheet with the import wizard, and export everything to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV at any time.
Hardware only: no network discovery or agents, and why that can be fine
Many IT asset management tools start from discovery: an agent on each laptop or a scanner on the network that reports what it finds. Asetavo starts from the physical device and its label instead.
Nothing to install on endpoints
No agent on laptops and no scanner on your network. Security teams have nothing new to approve, and it works for devices that never join your network.
Tracks what discovery tools miss
Monitors, docks, spare stock in a cupboard, loaner pools and kit at home with staff. Physical labels find what network scans cannot see.
You record what changes
The trade-off: Asetavo does not read hardware specs or installed software from the device. You add them at intake or import them, and scans keep location and custody current.

Which free option fits?
- You want discovery and you can run a server: an open-source tool you host, such as GLPI or Snipe-IT, costs nothing in licences; you pay in time.
- You want a hardware register without servers or agents: Asetavo’s free plan covers the devices, labels, custodians and locations, and grows into check-outs and audits.
