Set up alert rules and webhooks
Turn reader events into alerts — in-app, by email or to your own system with a signed webhook.

Prerequisites
The “alerts” permission.
Tracking → Alert Rules → New rule
Choose the condition: left zone, entered zone, unregistered tag, checkout exit (a checked-out item passes a reader) or reader silent (a reader stops reporting).
Set the scope
Apply the rule to everything, or to a zone, site, location, category or single asset.
Choose where alerts go
In-app (the Alerts inbox), email, or webhook. For a webhook, enter an https URL on the public internet; Asetavo signs every delivery so you can verify it.

Tracking → Alerts lists what fired. Acknowledge an alert when someone is on it, then resolve it.
