PM schedules and calibration
Set preventive-maintenance intervals, generate work orders from them, and keep calibration records.
PM schedules tell you what is due. Work orders are generated from a schedule when you choose — Asetavo does not yet create them or send reminders automatically.
Operations → PM & Calibration → New schedule
Apply it to one asset or a whole category. Choose the type (preventive, inspection or calibration) and the interval in days, weeks or months, plus lead days.
Check what’s due
The due list shows schedules that are overdue, due within the window you choose, or inside their lead time.
Generate the work order
Select Generate on a schedule to create a linked work order.
Complete it
Completing a linked work order rolls the schedule’s next due date forward. Completing a calibration work order also writes a calibration record with the result.
